When did it all begin?

Established in 1997 as Air Systems Refrigeration and then renamed Air Systems AC in 2005, owner Rene Perez-Borroto built this company on a solid foundation of integrity, countless hours of HVAC services and an immediate response to customers’ needs. What began as a small company, mainly providing residential HVAC services to individuals in Miami-Dade County, has grown to serve multi-facets of the field in numerous counties.

Today, we have extensive experience in both residential and commercial HVAC, and include an intensive list of retail establishments, hospitals, educational institutions, gas stations, multi- family developments, custom homes, commercial complexes, food shelters, restaurants as our long-standing clients. Our services have expanded to serve areas extending from Monroe to Orange County, with the existing infrastructure for future expansion.
